Deloitte US has appointed Jason Salzetti as the next chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP, effective January 27, 2025. Salzetti, a nearly 30-year Deloitte veteran, will succeed Dan Helfrich, who has led the division since 2019. Known for his expertise in technology and business transformation, Salzetti most recently led Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, working with clients across industries on digital and mission-focused projects.
Salzetti’s leadership has been praised for driving impactful client results and fostering professional growth within Deloitte. As CEO, he aims to enhance Deloitte’s market leadership and leverage its technology alliances to deliver innovative solutions. "Helping clients solve tough challenges motivates me every day," Salzetti said, emphasizing his commitment to empowering clients to lead in their industries.
Salzetti steps into the role following Helfrich’s six-year tenure, marked by significant growth and strengthened market presence for Deloitte Consulting. Deloitte US CEO Jason Girzadas highlighted Salzetti's vision and ability to navigate complex environments, expressing confidence in his ability to lead the firm’s transformation efforts and client successes into the future.
